At Hungry Minds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Hungry Minds account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
